An access to the sea from an underpass (ancient boat shelter) is located under the villa at the base of the staircase.

There is a luggage lift

This holiday villa for rent at Lipari, Aeolian Islands, Casa Rosa L4, is composed of a sleeping area in an alcove with double bedroom and double sofa bed, bathroom, (without bidet) kitchen area and entrance.

On the same level, covered with canopy, another equipped kitchen.

On the lower level of the holiday villa, there is dependance which can be used as day or night area with a double sofa bed, small bathroom ( toilet and sink only), ceiling ventilator and outside shower.

The Casa Rosa, holiday villa for rent, is surrounded by panoramic terraces and solarium, equipped with sitting room chairs, beach umbrellas, tables and chairs.
